At Homes 4 Hope we try to keep the application process as simple as possible so that you can focus on what you came to do: continue your journey.

If you would like to apply for recovery centered housing, follow these steps:

Steps to apply as a client with Homes 4 Hope Sober Living Facility:

Review our Here 2 Help Accountability Handbook to learn if our facility is a viable fit.
Complete and submit the Client Application.
Call Homes 4 Hope Admissions at (587)997-4073 two days (48 hours) after submitting to successfully book an Assessment Interview so that we can place you in proper housing as soon as possible!

Please read and select each of the following below to indicate your understanding and agreement:

In the event you are accepted into The Homes 4 Hope Sober Living Facility program, a $350.00 security deposit/admin fee is required upon acceptance.

Bed fee arrears can and will result in eviction. All refunds are given at the discretion of Homes 4 Hope Sober Living Facility. Departing clients must allow at least (14) days for the processing of any refund.

I realize that the Homes 4 Hope Sober Living Facility program for which I am applying for requires complete abstinence from Drugs and Alcohol. Any use of Drugs and/or Alcohol is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction from our residence(s). Disruptive and/or Discourteous behavior within our residence(s) or community will not be tolerated and can/will result in eviction. You agree that within 2 days of leaving the residence, voluntarily or otherwise, you will remove your personal belongings. The security deposit will not be refunded if the resident is evicted for any of the above instances.

By submitting this application, I acknowledge agreement to the terms stated, and hereby waive my right(s) to normal due process afforded by provincial jurisdiction.
